Standard consultancy

My standard consultancy usually works as follows:
1. An informative chat for those interested in my services, I offer a free informative chat (through Zoom or Whatsapp).
This will take around 30 minutes.
2. First consultation meeting.
Ideally, the first consultation meeting takes place at your home, although online meetings are also possible.
Prior to meeting, I will ask you to fill out a couple of documents that will be important for the analysis. I try to take into account your wishes and goals, and to incorporate these in our work. The first meeting usually lasts between 90 minutes and two hours.
3. Second conversation and personal programme.
The second conversation can take place at your home, through Zoom or on the phone. I will thoroughly explain the programme and can answer any questions you have.
4. We will also schedule two more conversations that will take place two or three weeks apart from one another. In these conversations we will analyse your progress and improvement, and discuss if any changes or adaptations need to be made.
All consultations are of a holistic nature, and besides nutrition I also incorporate themes such as herbs, movement, breathing, the energetic body and the soul into my consultancy services. Click on the link to find out more about the different types of consultations and my rates.

Consultancy over five to six months

The intensive consultancy follows the same structure as the standard one.
With this option, however, I follow and support you over the course of half a year.
In total, we will have six meetings at home and six meetings through Zoom or on the phone.
Personal support with grocery shopping is also possible. Throughout this period, we will constantly adapt the programme to your current situation.
All consultations are of a holistic nature, and besides nutrition I also incorporate themes such as herbs, movement, breathing, the energetic body and the soul into my consultancy services.
